Suppliers

Suppliers tracks your typical lead time from each vendor — how long you wait for an order to arrive. The Reorder report turns these into a suggested reorder point per supplier, so keeping lead times current sharpens those suggestions.

Your vendors and lead times

A new vendor starts private to you; propose it to add it to the shared catalog.

The Suppliers page — vendor name, currency, and an editable lead-time-in-days field per row
  1. 1+ Add supplier — Add a vendor by name (plus optional website and country) — it starts Private to you.
  2. 2Lead time — Days from order to arrival. Saves as soon as you click away from the field.

Good to know

  • Premium feature. A supplier you add is Private until you propose it and a maintainer approves it into the shared Public catalog.
