Based on the Maestro Echoplex, the tape echo unit that shaped the sound of everyone from Jimmy Page to Eddie Van Halen. This build chases that warm, slightly darkened preamp tone and organic, degrading repeats — at a fraction of the cost and maintenance of the real thing.
