M800 Overdrive

Compared to the PAL 800 JCM Emulator, this preamp pedal chases the roaring British stack tones of a Marshall JCM 800 in stompbox form. The original PAL 800 is a boutique preamp built to nail that tight, aggressive mid-forward crunch that defined hard rock and early metal — a tone you'd otherwise need a full stack to achieve. Building this is a practical way to land those classic British tones on any rig.
