Description
VFE Pedals (VonRutter Family Effects) is a US-based boutique guitar effects pedal brand founded by Peter Rutter, born out of the DIY pedal community in 2008 and formally established around 2010 in Washington State. The brand designs, licenses, and occasionally manufactures versatile effect pedals for guitar, bass, and other instruments, and now primarily serves the DIY builder community by selling complete documentation and PCB files. Founder Peter Rutter has stepped back from full-time manufacturing to teach math and circuits at IDEA High School in Tacoma, WA, with only limited pedal runs produced around his teaching schedule.
