Vemuram (operated by Tri-Sound Inc.) is a Tokyo, Japan-based boutique guitar effects pedal brand founded on the principle of building pedals "for musicians." All pedals are 100% hand-built in Japan using solid brass enclosures and feature a proprietary internal "trimmer" control, allowing players to fine-tune gain range to their specific pickups and playing style. The brand is internationally recognized for its transparent overdrive and fuzz designs—such as the Jan Ray and Butter Machine—and has collaborated with acclaimed artists including Michael Landau.
