Shin's Music

Shin's Music is a boutique Japanese guitar effects pedal company founded by Shin-ichi Suzuki, a guitar technician based in Tokyo who has been Japan's foremost Dumble amp specialist since the 1990s. The company is best known for its flagship Dumbloid series — handwired, point-to-point overdrive pedals that recreate the coveted sound of rare Dumble amplifiers — and has earned a devoted following among players such as John Mayer, Richie Sambora, and Akira Takasaki. All pedals are handcrafted in Japan in small batches, and Suzuki has also collaborated with MXR on the Shin-Juku Drive.
