Lovetone

Lovetone was a British manufacturer of hand-built analog guitar effect pedals, co-founded in 1995 by Vlad Naslas and Daniel Coggins and based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, England. The company produced a small but highly influential line of eight stompboxes — including the Meatball, Big Cheese, and Ring Stinger — known for their unconventional circuit designs, synthesizer-style controls (LFOs, CV inputs), and quirky names, before ceasing production around 2001. In 2026, the brand is being relaunched as Lovetone FX Ltd. in partnership with original co-founder Dan Coggins and ThorpyFX.
