Laney

Laney Amplification is a British designer and manufacturer of guitar amplifiers, bass guitar amplifiers, cabinets, and public address systems, founded in 1967 by Lyndon Laney in the West Midlands, England. The company gained early prominence when Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath used their amplifiers on the band's 1970 debut album, helping to define the sound of heavy metal. Now headquartered in Halesowen, Laney remains an active, family-run business selling products through a global network of distributors and retailers.
