Jordan Electronics

Jordan Electronics was a division of the Victoreen Instrument Company—and later of the Phaostron Instrument and Electronic Company of Pasadena/Alhambra, California—that pivoted from making radiation-detection instruments to producing guitar gear starting around 1966. The company manufactured transistorized amplifiers as well as a range of effects pedals, most notably the Boss Tone fuzz, and also produced the Vico Vibe, Boss Boost, and Gig Wah volume pedal. The company ceased operations sometime in the 1970s and has no modern successor or active web presence.
