Interfax

InterFax Electronics was a small electronics repair shop based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, founded and operated by Ed Giese. In addition to repairing amplifiers and keyboards, Giese designed and produced a limited line of instrument effect pedals, most notably the HP-1 Harmonic Percolator, a rare fuzz/distortion pedal built in extremely small quantities during the 1970s. Giese reportedly passed away in the 1990s, and the InterFax name and rights are now held by Chuck Collins of Theremaniacs in Wisconsin.
