Description
Hermida Audio Technology is a boutique guitar effects pedal company founded by Alfonso Hermida, a former NASA aerospace engineer who began designing pedals commercially in 2003. Based in Florida (Miramar, FL), the company built its reputation on the Zendrive overdrive, introduced in 2004, widely regarded as one of the most influential 'Dumble in a box' style pedals ever made. Hermida Audio later entered a partnership with Lovepedal, which took over manufacturing and distribution of its pedal lineup.
