Demeter Amplification

Demeter Amplification is a boutique audio manufacturer founded by James Demeter, headquartered in Templeton, California, that has designed and manufactured high-end professional audio equipment since 1980. The company is known for pioneering the re-embrace of vacuum tubes in microphone preamplifiers and direct boxes in the early 1980s, and has since expanded into guitar amps, bass amps, effects pedals, and more. All products feature fully analog circuitry and are hand-assembled in the family-run U.S. shop, with gear used by artists ranging from Michael Jackson to Neil Young.
