CultureJam is the online handle of Forrest Whitesides, a DIY guitar effects designer known for his blog 'Transistors and Beer,' which published original guitar effects circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts covering overdrive, fuzz, tremolo, reverb, and other effects. The site is no longer active, though his designs remain widely referenced in the DIY pedal-building community, and he also produced commercial pedals under the Function f(x) brand.
