BK Butler

BK Butler (Brent K. Butler) is an American effects pedal designer best known for creating the Tube Driver, one of the first tube-based overdrive pedals, originally developed in the late 1970s and refined through the 1980s. Operating under Butler Audio Inc., he has hand-built and personally autographed each unit since the beginning, with the pedal becoming a staple for renowned guitarists including David Gilmour, Eric Johnson, Joe Satriani, and Billy Gibbons. Butler continues to produce the 911 Tube Driver in limited quantities directly through his company, Butler Audio.
