Bixonic

Bixonic is a Japanese guitar effects pedal brand originally founded in 1992 as Bright International Corp. in Tokyo, best known for the Expandora distortion/fuzz pedal, which gained a cult following among artists such as Billy Gibbons, Joe Satriani, and Bootsy Collins. The original BIXONIC Inc. ceased operations in 2005, but in 2020 its trademarks and assets were transferred to Kikusui Electronics Corp., which relaunched the brand; the first product of the new Bixonic, the Axentrix A1, was released in 2022.
